This weaving took on a landscape kind of feel. I love the texture created by the mix of fibers utilized. Some of the fibers utilized in this weaving are not ones I can re-source, so this weaving is definitely one-of-a-kind. Woven on a metal frame loom allows for this piece to have a floating weaving aesthetic which, I love. A mix of greens and teals make up the bottom half of this weaving and contrast nicely against the upper off-white section. This weaving could be hung either way, with the off-white portion on the top or bottom. Whatever way you prefer is the correct way to hang it. Due to the fibers being woven around the frame this creates a more substantial weaving when it comes to thickness. You will need to utilize a longer nail in order to ensure it hangs off the wall far enough. Other than using a longer nail, no other hanging hardware is required.

They are not produced by machinery, and although we work hard to ensure each piece is as perfect as possible, there is a potential for organic flaws to occur from our processes. We feel that these flaws add personality and uniqueness to our pieces. Please do not purchase if you averse to maker flaws.
Tips for caring for your fiber art: • After shipment your fiber art may be a little smashed from the journey home. You may gently fluff and adjust the stitches to liven the fibers back up. • Do not pull on the fibers, loops, and stiches of your fiber art. This could cause inadvertent loosening or removal of carefully places stitches. • Do not wash your fiber art. If your art collects dust then you can gently bat the backside of your piece with your hand in order to remove any dusts that have collected. • We do not recommend hanging fiber art in a kitchen space near the cooking center. Kitchen environments tend to produce a lot of airborne greases that can end up on the surface of your fiber art and they cannot be removed.
