    SHIPPING

    PHOTOGRAPHY
All photos are taken in natural light and we do not use any photo filters and do not perform and photo editing (other than basic photo cropping). Depending on your monitor settings, there may be subtle differences in color once you see your item in person.

    HANDMADE
Handmade items are made slowly and carefully one project and a time. They are not produced by machinery, and although we work hard to ensure each piece is as perfect as possible, there is a potential for organic flaws to occur from our processes. We feel that these flaws add personality and unique character traits to our pieces. Please do not purchase if you averse to organic process flaws.
Please, also be aware that fiber art is normally more “fuzzy” in person that it appears in photos.

Tips for caring for your fiber art:
    • After shipment your fiber art may be a little smashed from the journey home. You may gently fluff and adjust the stitches to liven the fibers back up.
    • Do not pull on the fibers, loops, and stiches of your fiber art. This could cause inadvertent loosening or removal of carefully places stitches.
    • Do not wash your fiber art. If your art collects dust then you can gently shake and/or bat the backside of your piece with your hand in order to remove any dusts that have collected.
    • We do not recommend hanging fiber art in a kitchen space near the cooking center. Kitchen environments tend to produce a lot of airborne greases that can end up on the surface of your fiber art and they cannot be removed.
