This listing is for an antique 1890 copy of British Orations. Representative British Orations with Introductions and Explanatory Notes by Charles Kendall Adams. Half leather with marbled boards and end pages. Gold gilded top pages. The exterior of the book is wonderfully aged and there are signs of rubbing on the soft leather (as pictured) which is typical for books this age. The binding is tight and the book is in overall perfectly readable condition. A smaller book with no illustrations. It's both a stunning decor piece and an excellent topic that can still be read and enjoyed after all these years.
