"A vinegar bandage is excellent to reduce a double chin." This is page out of a vintage medical, etiquette or other home care book that is framed in a really great vintage frame. Such an odd topic but also a topic that women still fret over today. Although we don't condone bandaging your chin in any organic acid, we do condone framing excellent vintage gems for your gallery wall. This is perfect to add to your eclectic art collection, would be great in a bathroom or dressing room, or would even be so cool on the wall in a small private run homeopathic clinic. Excellent character. The book plate under the glass in is great condition and the vintage frame is in similarly great shape with only minor wear. Although we are not sure what book this image came from, we estimate this book plate to have been published around the early 19th century (c. 1910-1930). The professional framing paper on the back of the piece indicates is has been framed more recently using the vintage frame. There is a hanging wire installed on the back of this piece making for an easy install within your personal space and small enough to display in a bookshelf.
