NOTE: The color of this velvet frame was very hard to capture via photo. The photos of this piece come across as more magenta in color, but the actual frame is more purple in person (eggplant toned more like the traditional royal purple). We have added a filter to the first photo in this listing to better represent the color, but it is still coming across more magenta than purple.
This is an antique two door single bubble glass frame that is in really great condition for its age. The velvet exhibits gentle wear across the surface but maintains a really great condition that is rare to come by with these old velvet frames. The door clasps are in great condition and the backing and easel are in similarly great condition. Wear consistent with antique age. A great way to add a pop of color into your space. Would be great anywhere in the home, studio, office or even nursery. A really beautiful antique piece.
