This set of two Enesco salt & pepper shakers are from the 1940s and made in Japan. They have a great four-eyed feature that give them a circus or psychedelic vibe. We have also seen them described as drunk salt & pepper shakers. No matter your take, they add an excellent kitschy vibe to your space. The female pepper shaker has had a past decapitation and repair (see listing photos). The repair, at the neck, was done pretty well, but is noticeable upon close inspection. There is light but even crazing across the surface of both shakers, but other than the repaired neck, there are no other chips cracks or breaks on either unit. The stoppers are still intact and appear to be original. The stopper on the female pepper shaker is wedged in there pretty far. Overall, this set is a really cool addition to a vintage kitchen scape full of color and personality.
