    Amilcare Santini (1910 - 1975) was a prolific Italian sculptor that is well known for his marble, alabaster and resin composite statues and sculptures. This particular statue replica is of the Greek Goddess of Love, Venus de Milo (Aphrodite of Melos) signed by A. Santini and still maintains its original production sticker that indicates it was made in Italy. It is in excellent vintage condition with minor marks, dings and wear consistent with vintage age and minor production defects like bubble marks (primarily on her back) that are standard for resin compositions. A really beautiful and affordable figural piece that will easily elevate your space with Neoclassical style. Please see listing photos for best condition of description.
