Antique Edwardian Oak Bowl with Ceramic Liner and Silver Plate Crest

Antique European Edwardian salad bowl made of oak with a ceramic insert. This particular bowl is full of age and character. Patina can be found on the metal pedestal and around the metal rim (both silver plat and brass accents). The ceramic bowl does not have any chips, cracks, or breaks, but does have moderate crazing and general wear. The oak surround bares separation at some of the seams due to expansion and contraction over the years, however these expansions do not compromise function or integrity. The ceramic bowl appears to be original to the set, but sets slightly loose inside the oak surround. A beautiful piece that is perfect for styling. Sourced from Lichfield, Staffordshire, England. SHIPPING
As much as possible, we utilize recycled shipping boxes. The box you receive your item in may show signs of wear and pre-use.
